‘Baller

Traditionally a highball drink is a whiskey & soda served over lots of ice in a tall thin glass. Our version focuses on some new apple bourbons we’ve tasted and our new Pink Apple & Lemon Polar Seltzer.

1 part apple whiskey or bourbon

4 parts Pink Apple & Lemon Polar Seltzer

Juice from a lemon wedge

Apple, thinly sliced for garnish

Build the drink in a traditional, tall think highball glass. Begin with vodka, add sliced apple, the juice from the lemon, and then top with Polar Seltzer. Swirl to combine.
