Pink Milk Add a generous dollop of strawberry (or any other red fruit) preserves to the bottom of a goblet-style glass. Add ice-cold whole milk, about 1/4 cup or so, and then whisk together (its also amazing with cream) until you have a rich liquid. Finally add Vanilla Polar Seltzer or one of the fruit seltzers, such as strawberry or blueberry. Be sure to not over dilute the initial mixture.

Bourbon Tea 4 cups water 4 or 5 black tea bags 1/4 cup agave syrup 1/4 to 1/2 cup bourbon (to taste) 4 to 6 sliced oranges or 1 cup fresh orange juice Polar® Orange Vanilla Seltzer Fresh Mint (6-8 leaves) Bring water to a boil. Turn off water and add black tea bags. Steep tea for 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bags, place the concentrated tea in a large pitcher and let rest in the refrigerator until cold. Place agave, bourbon, orange slices or orange juice in a medium bowl. Begin to muddle (or press together) the ingredients. The oranges will release some juice, the mint will become fragrant, and the bourbon will sharpen your senses. Add the mixture to the pitcher of tea and stir thoroughly. (You can also strain the mixture before pouring into the pitcher of tea.) Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour sweet, boozy tea over ice and top with Polar Seltzer, carefully stirring so as not to bruise the bubbles.
