1 cup Honey
1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
3 cups Filtered Water
1 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced into 1-2 inch pieces with seed removed
Polar® Lemon Seltzer
Fresh Mint, as garnish
In a blender, combine honey and lemon juice. Blend and then add water. Pulse to combine. Add jalapenos and then let seep in refrigerator for 1-3 hours, the longer the stronger the heat. Be sure to test the flavor but avoid direct contact with the peppers. When sufficiently “hot” add 3 parts lemonade and 1 part vodka in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over ice and then top with Lemon Seltzer. Garnish with mint leaf.
