Coffee Float
This is a riff on a classic ice cream float. So many other variations possible so get creative! The secret is in the create carbonation of Polar Seltzer and full-fat ice cream (non-fat or sorbet doesn’t foam).
Ingredients:
Premium quality coffee ice cream (cannot be low fat)
Chocolate syrup
Shot of Cold-brew coffee
Vanilla or Original Polar Seltzer
Begin with a large, tall glass. Add a shot of cold brew coffee to the glass. Add 1 scoop of coffee ice cream and then drizzle with chocolate syrup, repeat. Top with Polar Seltzer and watch the yummy foam form
